Before starting Key to Resolution Lisa enjoyed a successful career spanning over 25
years in the private and public sector. Her expertise in EEO, Employee/Labor Relations
and conflict resolution is leveraged to develop tailored employee relations and
engagement programming.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Pre-law and an M.A. in Curriculum
Instruction. In addition, she is a Certified EEO Investigator and holds a certification in

She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational & Human Resources Management.  Laura is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering to serve and assist Veterans, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with her family.
